Pilates is a form of exercise, developed by Joseph Pilates, which emphasizes on the balanced development of the body through core strength, flexibility, and awareness in order to support efficient, graceful movement. With systematic practice of specific exercises coupled with focused breathing patterns, Pilates has proven itself invaluable not only as a fitness endeavor itself, but also as an important adjunct to professional sports training and physical rehabilitation of all kinds.

Beginner Every Tuesday 10:00am to 11:00am
Intermediate/Advance Every Thursday 9:00am to 10:00am
Beginner Every Saturday 11:30am to 12:30pm

Member Fees: $65 per month / $20 per class
Guest Fees:    $25 per class
