Located on the second level of the new Bukit Clubhouse, the refurbished restaurant exudes sophistication while retaining an oriental charm with sensuous wood furniture in warm, earthy tones.
The Bukit Room offers a wide selection of seafood and other Chinese home-styled dishes, using only the freshest ingredients to bring out its natural flavours. Helmed by our Chinese Master Chef Foo Kee Keat, diners will be spoilt for choice with its extensive new menu.
Be sure to try his signature dishes a go, including Hot & Sour Soup, Deep-fried Large Prawns with Butter Sauce, Deep-fried Spare Ribs marinated with Coffee Sauce and all-time favourite Chilli Crab.
This cosy restaurant accommodates up to 230 persons. Table reservations are recommended.
